Forging EU-U.S. Responses to Globalization
Working Papers
The Center for Transatlantic Relations has forged a transatlantic network of U.S. and European experts and opinion leaders to address how the U.S. and the European Union can forge a more effective partnership in an age of globalization. Are there common transatlantic answers to globalization's challenges? Are Europeans and Americans prepared to build transatlantic global strategies to address the world we face? What could those strategies be, what tradeoffs would they pose? Or are diverging European and American responses more likely? Are Europeans and Americans able to learn from each other and harvest best practices to cope with similar domestic challenges? Or are European and American societies evolving in very different ways?
