ai@faos.dk Anna Ilsoe is a research fellow and PhD student at the Employment Relations Research center, FAOS, University of Copenhagen, and a former visiting fellow at The Center for Transatlantic Relations at SAIS during spring 2007. She is conducting a project on labor market flexibility in Denmark, Germany and the US. The project includes case studies and surveys at company level in the three countries and addresses the transferability of the Danish flexicurity model in an American context. Ms. Ilsoe holds a master’s degree in Sociology, with a focus on sociology of organization and labor markets, from University of Copenhagen. Anna Ilsoe is part of the European Network of Flexicurity Research and was a member of the expert group for the latest European Study of Working Time conducted for the European Commission.
